Harper confirms to attend climate summit in Copenhagen

Summary: Prime Minister Stephen Harper confirmed he will attend the climate summit next month in Copenhagen. Premier Jean Charest told reporteres that it will be an opportunity for Harper to present the Canadian position and take leadership on the issue of expanding the Kyoto agreement.
