H1N1 Vaccination Available for Public

Summary : Public officials declared that anyone living in Ontario or Winnipeg will be able to get flu shots starting yesterday. Priority groups have been eliminated due to ample vaccine on hand. In Alberta, clinics are to be open to all starting early next week. Children under 18 and their parents have been vaccinated starting yesterday. Officials urge everyone to get the shot not only for themselves but also for their loved ones as well.

Excerpt:  “I am very pleased that we are now able to offer the vaccine to anyone of any age, and of any health status, who wants it,” said Dr. Arlene King, Ontario’s chief medical officer.
